Given the opportunity in the near future, we would love to be the designers of an international hotel. Using luxe décor emulating the greats like Joseph Dirand and Marcel Wanders, we are aiming to tastefully bombard the 5 senses from the moment hotel guests take a step in. It will be far more than just a pretty place. Combining function and elegance, this is our plan to be unpredictable and aligned with our avant-garde vision.

There will be spaces of innovative patterns, bold explosions of colour, flamboyant traditional and contemporary details, lavish textures, and extravagant fashion. A platoon of scents and textures that can be experienced with the olfactory system and taste buds will also denote the different spaces. All of these will be completed with the use of electrifying lighting solutions.

Vincenns Lim first started Goldfields Concepts in 2009 before fate brought Lee to the company. Together, their shared infinity has led to a mushrooming growth of projects and a good reputation. Now they have more than 18 team members, consisting of in-house designers, supervisors, as well as accounts and administrative staff.
Vincenns enjoys taking time to listen to their clients’ goals and aspirations and assisting them to make decisions that are practical on a financial level without losing aesthetic value. He also ensures quality service and professional support from as early as the project conception to completion.

Under the leadership of the Vincenns Lim Choon Chye and Lee Seng Hon, Goldfields Concepts is driven by a dynamic duo to achieve results that exceed our customers’ expectations!

Unique in this Perak team’s education background, Lee Seng Hon had loved to design and draw since his teenage years. The first course he took after SPM was Mechanical Engineering, only to realise that it was all about calculation rather than design. After that, he decided to delve into his passion – something related to design and drawing. However, not wanting to venture to Kuala Lumpur for another round of education, he searched the colleges in Perak and found Interior Design.
Lee Seng Hon is in charge of their stylish designs, from overall concept, space, and exterior pergola to custom-made furniture design and other decorations. It gives him absolute satisfaction to be able to give a glorious rebirth to both sustainable residential and commercial designs.
